SW Process Driver

  • Set targets (thresholds), and define processes and metrics through the project lifecycle for each Automotive SPICE process to achieve
    ASPICE level 2 conformance.*
  • Develop, Coordinate and Define Unified/Standardized Quality Process Assets across software Platform organization
  • Satisfy the measurementrelated criteria of standards: Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 and customer specific standards
  • Develop/ Improve necessary Process Instructions/ Guidelines which shall be used by all Engineers
  • Ensure implementation of Quality Process and Frameworks
  • Drive ASPICE compliance processes across projects
  • Introducing Monitoring solutions to ensure compliances are checked and corrective actions are taken.
  • Perform Gap analysis and Define and drive Software Development processes
  • Identify and driver improvement opportunities for delivery (automation, process tailoring etc)
  • Establish Dashboards and metrics at organization level to review with various stakeholders
  • Introduce coding guidelines and various best practices to ensure efficient delivery.

Required competencies.

  • Strong Knowledge of SW Quality standards required as per ASPICE Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 and automotive customer specific standard
  • Support and develop SW Quality process for Global Platform Organization
  • Strong Experience in creating SW Processes Assets
  • Strong Experience in Requirement management tool like PTC, DOORS.
  • Experience in Automotive Software development at least two years are mandatory
  • Scripting Language know how like Python, Perl.
  • Jenkin server know how.

Salary:
₹8, ₹26,298.68 per month

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
