About the role:

Expectations/ Requirements:

Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Mobile APP, Design, Campaign) and vendors to provide effective resolutions.
Track relevant tickets with the internal teams (Tech, Mobile APP, Design, Campaign)
Maintain and share MIS and detailed data with clients and internal stakeholders.
Vendor handling for seamless reward fulfilment within the loyalty program.

**Qualification:
- **Any Bachelor or master degree.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Good communication and written skills.
Experience in MS. excel.
Have a good typing speed.
Smart thinking and clear/good communication
