Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor sales solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within assigned territories or accounts.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide customer feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and market strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and stay informed about industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Selfmotivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales and a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle objections and navigate through sales challenges.
- Knowledge of the industry or market segment related to the products or services offered is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
