Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor sales solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide customer feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and market strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and stay informed about industry developments.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle objections and navigate through sales challenges.
  • Knowledge of the industry or market segment related to the products or services offered is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
