    Description

    Must-have Skills

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintaining operational metrics, budgeting, business financial and P&L skills
    • At least 8 years of experience in IT-centric environment with deep understanding on project setup, accounts payable, accounts receivable or customer invoicing, and procurement
    • Experience in using tools such as Clarity PPM, Ariba sourcing and procurement is a big plus
    • Ability to build standardized reporting using Office 365
    • Familiar with methodologies and processes involved in contract administration, procurement
    • Serves as a key liaison between various internal departments

    Job Description

    • Handle financial metrics and reporting for mergers & acquisitions, company consolidations, procurement, and licensing
    • Partner with project/program managers, functional leaders, business operations and finance in gathering, consolidating, and developing metrics and reports
    • Work with senior leadership and stakeholders in reviewing the reports
    • Regular reporting of progress and implementation status to leadership and stakeholders
    • Manages/leads operational projects having global impact and diverse in scope which may include any project size, multiple IT segments, global roll outs and new technologies
    • Interprets and executes policies that directly affect work activities
    • Determines future reporting requirements and develops sophisticated solutions
    • Other skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and working with senior leadership including information gathering, presenting, and leading
      • Demonstrates exceptional influencing and negotiation skills to drive business results
      • Exceptional analytical / problem solving skills, organizational, and time management skills
      • Strong knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
      • Strong ability to lead, coach and work with matrixed, cross-functional, and/or dispersed global teams
