- Offering expert legal advice, training, and assistance to departments such as human resources, finance, IT, admin, and corporate services on contractual matters.
- Reviewing and negotiating complex vendor contracts spanning all lines of business.
- Providing legal support to the HR team on employeerelated disciplinary and grievance matters, POSH complaints, ethics and corruption concerns, as well as disputes and litigations involving employees.
- Assisting in the assessment of the impact of evolving legal and statutory regulations relevant to the business function, ensuring timely highlighting of these changes, and contributing to the business planning process.
- Overseeing endtoend compliance with the Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, and maintaining vigilance over overall compliance.
- Managing statutory registers, filings with ROC/RD/other relevant authorities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance.
- Providing corporate secretarial support as needed.

- Experience and Requirements: To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 12 to 15 years of combined post
- qualification experience as a Counsel and Company Secretary.
- Prior in
- house experience with a large multinational organization, preferably in the services sector.
- Experience working with US businesses would be advantageous.
- A Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from a reputable law school or university.
- Associate/Fellow Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) qualification.
