5+ years of experience in a Formulating QC,QA chemist role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

Cosmetic launch, Own Launch:

Develop and implement production processes for herbal beauty products and perfumes.
Ensure that production procedures are carried out in compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
Monitor the production process, troubleshoot issues and ensure that production targets are met.
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Work with the Quality Control team to ensure that all products have company's quality standards.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Develop and maintain documentation of production procedures, testing results, and other related documents.
Train and supervise production staff in the use of production equipment and adherence to standard operating procedure

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a Formulating QC,QA chemist role, preferably in the Pharma and cosmetic industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Knowledge in manufacturing equipment and processes.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
