Description
Welcome guests during check-in and give a fond farewell to guests while checkout.

  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures.
  • Coordinating and multitasking job duties in a busy environment.
  • Must have good knowledge of OTA's extranet and their functions.
  • Manage rates and inventory on OTA's and other channels.
  • GRE is responsible for keeping accurate records about customer bookings.
  • Regular payments follow up with Guests/Travel Agents and internal accounts department.
  • Maintain daily reservation record and preparing daily booking reports hotel wise.
  • Should have good written and communication skills

Salary:
₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
