Designation:
Deputy Manager / Manager
General Tasks:
- Generating sales from the Domestic market as per assigned budgets
- Ensure file profitability, managing assigned budgets, and statistical/financial records
- Ensuring & maintaining a high standard of quality and service delivery
- Ensure proper coordination & maintain PR at all service levels (Interdepartmental coordination & communication, including domestic agents)
- Liaise with travel partners, including hotels to manage booking & schedules
- Customer satisfaction (Dealing with customer inquiries & meeting their expectations)
Specific responsibilities:
- Sales visits to clients
- Ensure cost control / constant renegotiation with suppliers to increase profitability
- Maintaining weekly sales reports
- Coordinating with the product and Procurement team for setting up of new products if required
- Ensure process compliance to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
- Keep a track of Conversion ratio, GOP and Client feedback
Job Specifications:
- Should have a minimum of 46 years' experience and a flair in sales role
- Should have an understanding of the customer needs and the market
- Must possess Destination and Product knowledge and sound understanding of market pattern
- Strong interpersonal skills
