Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the parts inventory for Linde equipment, including maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and replenishing inventory as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, service, and logistics, to fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status, providing timely updates and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of parts, maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Perform technical research to identify the correct parts required for customer orders, providing recommendations and alternatives as needed.
  • Assist customers with parts selection and compatibility questions, providing technical support and guidance to ensure the right parts are ordered.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, including sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze parts sales data and inventory levels to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory management processes.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay uptodate on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in parts management.

Experience :
Min. 1-2 years.


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
