Key Responsibilities:

Manage the parts inventory for Linde equipment, including maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and replenishing inventory as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, service, and logistics, to fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate with customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status, providing timely updates and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Collaborate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of parts, maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
Perform technical research to identify the correct parts required for customer orders, providing recommendations and alternatives as needed.
Assist customers with parts selection and compatibility questions, providing technical support and guidance to ensure the right parts are ordered.
Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, including sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze parts sales data and inventory levels to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory management processes.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay uptodate on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in parts management.
