We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire OTC Collections. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines in a business environment. This role may require travelling to onshore sites for Knowledge Transfer._

- _Manage the OTC collections portfolio and maintain strong customer relations_
- _Sending reminder and follow up as per client aligned collection strategy_
- _Actively call customers for open invoices, taking ownership of complete portfolio and highlight issue and challenges via agreed escalation matrix_
- _Research any full open invoices which customers have disputed, facilitate dispute details shared by customer to billing & dispute team to help them resolve the dispute_
- _Extract invoice level details from customer portal and other available sources to capture invoice level details_
- _Analysis customer behavior and trend to manage portfolio well and to seek required support_
- _Maintain all relevant systems and tables with valid information_
- _Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility_
- _Research any full open invoices which customers have disputed_
- _Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload_
- _Assist in SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating_
- _Deliver the required data for audit purposes_
- _Making the accounting process controls established through the internal policies_
- _Ensure Key Metric's are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected_
- _Daily usage of client's tools for the assigned activities_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Required_

- _B. Com Graduate or equivalent experience_
- _Prior work experience - 2 to 4 years_
- _Detail oriented_
- _Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high credibility at all levels of the organization_
- _Must have strong analytical and decision-making skills_
- _Proficient in using the MS Office package especially with MS Excel (Minimum 1-year hands-on Experience), PowerPoint, Outlook_
- _Excellent communication & presentation skills_
- _Relevant OTC domain experience & minimum 6 months SAP experience is mandatory_

Preferred_

- _Prior experience with SharePoint, SalesForce and PowerBI preferred_
- _Experience with OnBase, FSCM and TPM preferred_
- _Experience with international process transition would be added advantage_
