Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software systems in the data center.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure all systems are in compliance with security and performance standards.
  • Manage backups and disaster recovery plans for critical data.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize IT infrastructure and ensure service delivery.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data center environment.
  • Expertise in managing and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and tools.
  • Familiarity with server virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
