You'll make a difference by:


  • Responsible for daily Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications for 3rd party and Intra Companies requests, emergency requests (as applicable), Contacting requestors for Discrepancy resolution and providing assistance to the team as needed for Siemens Business Units
  • You will coordinate with customers to analyze the queries & resolve the issue.
  • You will possess analytical skills in resolving the queries.
  • Understanding of AR/AP process
  • Understanding of various quality Methodologies
  • You will be working with internal departments on queries and discrepancy resolutions
  • Oversee and supervise dedicated operations and processes within an assigned team.
  • To give feedback to team members regarding individual performance and personal development options.
  • To ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures.
  • To prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are met;
  • To live lean governance and foster process improvement and simplification / optimization measures.
  • Manage escalations within defined procedures.
  • To manage the team's KPIs and BVIs.
  • To support the implementation of the business line roadmap/ strategy in strong alignment with my Management.
  • Participation in Business Continuity related activities.

Your success is grounded in:


  • A relevant educational / academic degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or similar.
  • Between 24 years of experience in Siemens or in similar functions in other companies.
  • Fluent knowledge of English language Write and Spoken (mandatory);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • You are flexible working for night shift or early morning shift
  • To be People oriented.
  • To be a Team Player with a strong customer focus and results & quality orientation.
  • To create an open environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A strong ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
