Responsibilities

To manage day to day activities of the organizations
Should be able to plan things from 0 to 1 for the operations department
Should cover all the technical things required for the department
To allocate work activities to the individuals
To ensure that all the targets are achieved as per the product plan
To create a good work culture and increase the team's productivity
Should take new initiatives to increase the revenue and product reach in the market
Should come up with new processes and strategies for the various departments
