These are the duties of a Back Office Executive:General office work and record keeping
Good computer navigational skills and familiar with MS office
answering telephone calls
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Should be well-versed in managing E-Commerce platforms line meesho Seller central, Flipkart seller etc.
Execution of Social media strategy & SEO practices
Job Types:
