We are currently seeking Customer Care Executives with a background in the_
travel industry _to join our team.

As part of this role, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound inquiries promptly and efficiently, sourcing hotel and transportation solutions for our clients and their crew.

You will play a crucial role as a Customer Accommodation Agent, providing support to clients and resolving various system-related issues in a timely and effective manner, taking ownership of each case from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and manage inbound inquiries to fulfil clients' hotel, transportation, and travel requirements for their crew and management.
Ensure consistent and accurate execution of reservations across multiple booking systems and channels.
Utilize customer service tools and technology effectively to process, track, and report transactions.
Professionally respond to clients and vendors, promptly escalating issues, complaints, or service disruptions according to established procedures.
Confirm reservations with precision and communicate any specific needs of members to other support departments.
Maintain regular and dependable attendance at your assigned location.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Possess excellent communication skills, including active listening.
Demonstrated experience in the travel industry, preferably with expertise in domestic and international travelrelated booking portals.
Previous call center experience is highly desirable.
Exceptional decisionmaking abilities, utilizing logical reasoning and maintaining a positive attitude.
Committed to continuous improvement, adaptability to changes, and a strong willingness to learn.
Display creativity, along with exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
Selfmotivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Thrives in a fastpaced, rapidly evolving work environment.
