Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and goals.
Teach fundamental flute techniques, including breath control, embouchure, finger placement, and tone production.
Provide instruction in music theory, sightreading, and ear training relevant to flute performance.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods as needed.
Incorporate a variety of teaching resources and materials to enhance learning experiences.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in flute pedagogy.
Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding lesson schedules, expectations, and progress reports.
