**Profile- Customer care Executive**
Role & Responsibility: - Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
Requirement
- Graduate with 1 year of experience in travel process
- Voice Process
- Excellent communication skills
- 5 Days working
- Rotational Shift
- Communication and thought process has to be good.
- Must be comfortable working from office.

- Salary 33k to 40 k in hand.
