Description
**Responsibilities:- **Attendance Management
Front Desk Management & Office Stationery
Custodian of Employee Files/Records/Issue of employee ID Cards (Documentation to be done for the new staff)
Petty Cash Management
Documentation & data entry works allotted by the QS/Tendering Dpt.
Office Administration (Responsible for Office Assets/IT Assets)
Well maintenance of Registers (Attendance/Visitors/Letterhead/Incoming & Outgoing Letters/Couriers/Body Temperature etc.)
Keep track of all records of Rentals/AMC renewals/Insurance etc.
Coordination with QS & Tendering/IT/Procurement/HR & Admin Dpt's for various requirements of Mumbai office
Other works allotted by the QS Coordinator/HoD
Salary:
₹8, ₹20,847.53 per month
