Position:
CNC Turning Setter / Operator

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Machine Setup:

Prepare and set up CNC turning machines by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and work-holding devices according to job requirements.

Operation:
Operating machine and should ensure products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.

Inspection:
Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.

Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on CNC turning machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure optimal functionality.

Troubleshooting:
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machine operations, making adjustments or requesting technical support as needed.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production rates, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Turning Operator with Setting knowledge.
Familiarity with various CNC machinery and their maintenance requirements.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of machining processes and best practices.
Understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Knowledge in CNC/VMC Programming is an added advantage.

Education / Experience:
Diploma with 3-5 years of experience / BE with 2 years of experience / Preferably in Fanuc System

Salary:
INR 25 K Per Month

Salary:
₹25,000.00 per month
