Designation - Project Manager
Experience - 3 to 4 years in real estate contract company
Education - BE / ME Civil
Roles and Responsibility:
Checking Contractors Bills and updating on the Drive sheet and passing payment
- Site Estimate as per DRG. And overall site Budget
- Prepare work order of the Contractor
- Drawing out quantities based on drawings for Civil & MEP
- Preparation of Bill of Materials & Bill of Quantities
- Preparation of Project cost estimation & item rate analysis
- Reconciliation of Quantities
- Contractor Bill preparation.
- Timely entry of Bills in the ERP System.
- Bill Verification, Bill certification & Bill passing.
- Maintaining Bill tracking & Overduestatements
Salary:
₹200, ₹800,000.00 per year
