What we want you to do

Assist in

Production Planning:

Collaborate with the production team to develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.

Quality Control: Participate in quality control activities, including inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, and conducting product testing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement, proposing and implementing solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Inventory Management: Support inventory management activities, including inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and cycle counting to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, actively promoting a culture of safety in the workplace and contributing to the identification and mitigation of potential hazards.
Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities, including production reports, quality inspection records, and inventory logs.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
Professional Development: Take advantage of learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in manufacturing processes, quality management, and industry best practices.

What are we looking in you

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree program in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Willing to work on R&D
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Proactive and selfmotivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with manufacturing software systems is a plus.
