Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the team.
- Manage and update company databases.
- Organize and maintain files.
- Prepare and update documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in basic research tasks as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
