Reporting to:
Store Manager
Your job as Sales Executive/Sr Sales Executive is:
- Supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensuring the store personnel provide exceptional customer service
- Maximizing sales through effective merchandising and marketing.
- Dealing with customer queries and concerns
- Maximizing profitability and meeting sales target
- Maintaining financial records
- Liaising with the corporate office and working with all concerned stakeholders internal and external
- Exhibiting a professional approach to handling internal/external Customers
- Being aware of the changing market dynamics and keeping updated on all the industryrelated developments
- Coordinating with the warehouse teams for ensuring a smooth supply chain process
- Focusing on Customer Relationship
Requirements:
- Experience min 2+ years in related industry
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Possess a strong understanding of the market we are operating in
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to write clear, detailed reports
- Initiative to identify new markets and unravel customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
