In India, Jhpiego works across various states in close collaboration with national and state governments, providing technical assistance in the areas of family planning, maternal and child health, strengthening human resources for health, and non-communicable diseases.

These programs are funded by USAID, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, UNICEF, World Health Organization, University of Manitoba, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), MSD for Mothers and others.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing technical resources, gap assessment, resource estimation and implementation of Client requirements in compliance with the SDLC process.
  • Responsible for preparing all technical documents including technical solution and architecture, artefacts, frameworks, reference architecture, etc. for the client
  • Responsible for managing stakeholders for the identification of requirements and issue resolution
  • Responsible for endtoend delivery of the project
  • Responsible for coordination, appraisal and review with all stakeholders for implementation of the project
  • Coordination with assigned stakeholders for capacity building, gap assessment, requirement gathering etc. to meet the user's requirements.
  • Assist in the adaptation of new technologies and best practices suitable for the project
  • Documenting challenges in the project and suggest the most feasible solution
  • Responsible for delivery of relevant project documents
  • Other activities as may be assigned by the client

Required Qualifications:

Key Skills:


  • Specific knowledge of professional services and new service introduction
  • Broad knowledge of planning methods, and estimation techniques (resources, time and risks) for the relevant technical/functional discipline
  • People management
  • Superb program/project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; fluency in English.

Experience & Qualifications:


  • BE / B Tech/ BCA/ MCA with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Must have implemented and/or led national / state / Distruct health information technology projects.
