We are looking for a part-time Company Secretary (CS) responsible for ROC (Registrar of Companies) filing and other secretarial work for clients typically handles a range of duties related to legal and regulatory compliance.

The Company Secretary (CS) is accountable for various role involves ensuring that a company meets its obligations under company law and maintains statutory records.


CS focused on these responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities

1.


ROC Filing:


  • Prepare, review, and file various ROC forms and documents, including annual returns, board resolutions, and other statutory filings.
  • Ensure timely submission of all required ROC compliance documents and maintain records of filing deadlines.

Compliance Management:


  • Advise clients on their legal and regulatory obligations under company law and other relevant laws.
  • Monitor changes in corporate laws and update clients on any legal implications or compliance requirements.

3.


Secretarial Work:


  • Assist clients in maintaining statutory records, including registers of members, directors, and shares.
  • Draft and maintain minutes of board meetings and general meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain share certificates, dividend warrants, and other related documents.

Due Diligence and Auditing:


  • Assist clients in preparing documentation for due diligence processes and audits.
  • Ensure that the necessary records and documents are readily available for regulatory inspections and audits.

5.


Advisory Services:


  • Provide guidance to clients on corporate governance, ethical practices, and compliance best practices.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns related to company law and secretarial matters.

Record Keeping:


  • Safeguard and maintain all legal documents and records in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Ensure records are updated, accurate, and easily retrievable for future reference.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Address client concerns and tailor services to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications/Skills

  • A degree in company secretaryship or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in ROC filing and secretarial work.
  • Knowledge of applicable company laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
₹10,000.00 per month


Schedule:
