Handling Inbound calls (Customer Service)

Have to resolve customers' queries over the call


Location:
Airoli, Mumbai

REQUIREMENT:


  • Excellent English communication skills needed**
    Language required: Malayalam or Bengali*Day Shift in between (8AM to 8PM)
6 Days of working - 1 Rotational week off

Freshers/exp. - HSC/Grade can apply


Salary: 17k-23k in-hand
