Description
1. To analyze the health of the business and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making and investment.


  • To provide strategic decision to external agencies to enable successful outcomes.
  • To partner cross-functionally with marketing, channel and product teams to formulate and develop consistent sales strategies and best practices independently managing initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • To identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and lead efforts to scale, align and invest in business.
  • To access cost, competition, supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  • To estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
  • To evaluate revenue and P&L sensitivities for changes in forecast assumptions
  • To manage the entire spectrum of Sales for residential portfolio of the company.
  • To establish and ensure performance monitoring system through MIS Report on Month on Month basis especially achievements of target vis-à-vis budget.
  • To provide USPs for brand building activities to the Marketing Team for each of the projects based on research / survey along with customer / broker interactions.
  • To foster ongoing relationship with Brokers & IPC.
  • To work closely with the Execution / Construction team to ensure successful and smooth delivery of client services.
  • To carry out market research and maintain and appraise the management using primary and secondary data of research on demand supply dynamics, competition analysis etc.
  • To provide feedback on potential sales & operating issues to the management and provide inputs for product improvement in terms of the right configuration, mix & design.
  • To build leadership team and accountabilities as well as best in line SOPs, monitoring performance data to measure productivity and goal progress within the laid down norms.
  • To coordinate with CRM Team post sales to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
  • To develop broker relationships on a Pan India Basis.
  • To carry out any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Residential Sales including market dynamics.
  • Devise and implement creative sales strategies (including pricing, extent of promotion, positioning of facilities / property in appropriate market segments, etc).
  • Knowledge of local government policies, documentation & procedures
  • Competent with Sales / Broker Network / IPCs / Cash flows & Accounting / Presentation skills / Computer skills.
  • Market knowledge preferable with Developer.
  • Good negotiations skills and ability to close deals.
  • Senior level maturity with excellent man-management skills in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timeline.
  • A self starter with strategic and visionary abilities to think-out-of-box and take appropriate
initiatives for growth and development of business activities.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹3,000, ₹4,000,000.00 per year

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
