You'll make a difference by:

Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA
Knowledge in SAP HR & Nexus would be an added advantage
Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team

Your success is grounded in:

2yrs
5yrs of Experience into HR Helpdesk
Good Understanding on the ticketing tool
Knowledge on KPIs
Communication Skills
