REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Payment Posting transactions in the software with an accuracy rate of 99% or more

Analyze and post the rejected/denied claims with an accuracy rate of 99% or more
Post Credit card payments from patients
Pull the patient in software using the name or DOB
If the patient is not found, Demo has to be created
Meet productivity standards as set by the department
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
All the queries should be maintained in the log and the client has to be updated by EOD

MUST HAVE
years of experience in payment posting

Good typing, and analytical skills
This is a nonvoice role and does not require any call center skills
Should be Strong in reviewing EOB'S.

Salary:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
