Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and develop creative solutions that align with our brand identity and messaging.

Execute design projects from start to finish, including ideation, layout design, image sourcing, and final production.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative design techniques into our projects.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure design projects meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, including source files and project briefs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centric design methodologies.
