designer rental furniture and great customer experience. We cater to furniture needs for

individuals as well as businesses and offices.


About the role:

The Service Ops Associate supports the team on furniture installation projects. This is a

multi-functional role where you will be interacting with multiple teams, vendors, and clients

you to work USA hours.


What you will do:


  • Manage the overall project schedule
  • Quality control of order accuracy
  • Work closely with Procurement on delivery schedules
  • Support onsite Field Operations Teams
  • Analyze daily performance and recommend actions to mitigate any risks
  • Provide direction and management of vendor partners

What you will need:


  • Must be a graduate
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Must be well versed with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google.
  • Minimum: 35 Years Experience

Skills:


  • Strong Communication (Written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Time and People management

Salary:
₹300, ₹550,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Night shift

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 2 years (required)

  • B2B Operations: 3 years (required)
