Main Responsibilities:
⦁ Handles customers' inquiries, requests, and complaints timely and accurately in a positive and effective manner.

⦁ Provide accurate information about the company's products and services to customers.

⦁ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

⦁ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

⦁ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

⦁ Follow call and chat procedures, guidelines and policies.

⦁ Proper Handling of CRM-assigned activities.

⦁ Meet monthly sales targets by ensuring a high standard of customer service.

⦁ Enhance company revenue by promoting additional services offered by the company.


Requirements / Skills:
⦁ Any degree

⦁ Customer service experience is preferred

⦁ Great interpersonal and communicating skills

⦁ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively


Languages:
⦁ English

⦁ Arabic

⦁ Malayalam

⦁ Hindi
