To deliver on the planned growth pillars for SME viz. IoT, Cloud, Connectivity
Acquisition Matrices
Account Coverage & Customer engagement
Mid Market A/C Coverage

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Institutionalize Operating Plan in the circle to drive Segment KPIs including strategic initiatives and productivity across sales teams and partners
Roll out standard City reach plan & show differentiation in the top town coverage
Design
Deliver GTM as per the Coverage norms 5 Productive CPs / CSM
Not more than 10% to be Dormant CPs
Infrastructure as per set norm for Physical Reach
Future fit partner Eco System
