About Gravton Motors:


Gravton Motors was founded on the idea that electric vehicles can contribute to sustainable living provided, it comes at the convenience or ease of using fossil-fuel powered vehicles.

We designed and engineered our first electric two-wheeler QUANTA on this one single principle that should be adopted by many to lower carbon footprint by introducing SES (Swap Ecosystem) into the design of the vehicle as well as business model.

QUANTA is conceptualized, designed, and engineered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India for the Indian Market.

We built our vehicle to be robust enough to attract a whole new crowd who would appreciate a practical design, by redefining the step-through design of the two-wheeler market in India.


Designation:
Executive Assistant


Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant to the CEO provides executive, administrative, and development support to the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO's Office.

The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to the Department Heads / Senior Leadership and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special project assessment.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with the department heads/stakeholders on the CEO's behalf and coordinate with highlevel meetings internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the SLT, The Management Team and external stakeholders.
  • With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, support the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.
  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes various administrative tasks, including managing an active calendar of appointments; analysing various business reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Data management and report generation for entire group business units.
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support the highestranking executives companywide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
  • Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
  • Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO with Executive Directors, General Managers and other department heads on matters related to new initiatives as directed.
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executive's priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
  • Manage professional scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, Business review arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the conferences and designates and follows up on assigned action items.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a concise and wellwritten manner.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Excellent management, timemanagement, and problemsolving skills.
  • M. Tech (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Metallurgy, Electrical) OR MBA (Sales / Marketing / Finance).
  • Must be from a premiere institution with good academics throughout.
  • 35 years of relevant experience.

Cherlapally, ECIL, Hyderabad.


Salary:
₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year
