    Responsibilities:

    • Category lead role for the department2. Responsible for the planned topline /bottom-line, inventory management and freshness at the stores and ecommerce platforms.3. Clear understanding of the customer, customer needs, customer buying pattern, brand, trend and competition4. Responsible for the category LTL growth5. Responsible for the margin and sell through6. Responsible for vendor management and OTIF7.Responsible for product development, production capacity planning, order placement, costing ,negotiation, day to day delievry follow up ,fasciliate GRN at Warehouse,vendor payments and reconciliation.8. Closely working with planning team for OTB working , sales analysis , efficient inventory managment and mark downs9. Closely working with the VM team on the planogram for the season10.Closely working with OPS team for the seasonal debrief and staff training at the point of sale. Ensuring the complete assortment to the customers.11. Seasonal competition benchmarking to derive the product ,pricing strategy and trend for the brand.12. Weekly store visits, observation and action plan.

    Skills:

    • Understanding on the fabrics(wovens and knits), fits and silhouttes.2.Well versed in Excel, PPT and data analysis
