Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, including planning the entire routine
- Make travel arrangements, considering the director's continuous travel schedule
- Take dictation and minutes via phone, as the director is frequently on travel
- Source office supplies and manage office inventory
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain worksheets for tracking tasks and deadlines
- Provide a comprehensive briefing about meetings if previously attended
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in personal assistance or a related field
- Proven experience as an executive personal assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Techsavvy with proficiency in virtual communication tools, MS Office, and other office management software
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Salary:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
