Description

Graduate with a bachelor's degree (min.) in Engineering, Science or Technology should have at least 15 years hands on experience in IT, with majority of it in Digital Workplace

Should have very good general design and architecture knowledge
Good knowledge of ITIL processes and framework
Ability to collaborate, influence and motivate crossfunctional teams
Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
Demonstrates strong customer, quality, cost and delivery focus
Demonstrates strong autonomy involving remote management
Fluent in English and at ease in making oral presentation to a management level audience
Demonstrate architecture competency and technical knowledge in Windows, SCCM, MDT, AD/GPO, Bitlocker, Printing service, Citrix, VDI, and PowerShell, Intune, SCCM in Azure Cloud, BranchCache, 1E Nomad.
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, ServiceNow, Symantec, Automation will be added advantage

Primary Skills:

On premises and cloudbased end user services virtualization solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, Hyper-V, VMWare, and relevant VDI solutions.
Clear understanding of operating system and end user related software lifecycle and versioning such as Microsoft Office, Windows Client operating systems, Apple MacOS, Linux flavors designed for end user computing.

Secondary Skills:

You should be able to clearly demonstrate endpoint management and end user experience optimization skills using various technologies such as Intune and Azure Active Directory
You must have designed and implemented service catalog that contained user profiling, demands, fulfilment, workflows.
