As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our clients by executing B2B and B2C campaigns and events in your assigned sector.

You will provide hands-on support to trainees in the field of business development, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Drive impactful B2B & B2C campaigns & events.

Lead team creation & development.

Execute, lead, mentor—be the force behind marketing excellence

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or relevant role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Resultsdriven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel as needed.
Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability to changing business priorities and market dynamics.
