Description
Prepare discharge summary of patients on timely basis.

Ensure completion of discharge summary within thirty minutes upon discharge

Ensure insurance related documents are updated and handled on timely basis.

TO check doctor's notes and ensure it is verified by the treating consultant

To inform the medical Registrar regarding any variations in the file


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
