## Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the automobile, OEM, or auto paint industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
## Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of Sales Managers within a designated territory to achieve sales targets set at the beginning of the financial year.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure orders and ensure successful execution.
  • Provide aftersales service directly and/or through distributors and dealers via the sales team.
  • Motivate the sales team, monitor their performance, and ensure they meet sales targets.
  • Oversee the submission of monthly summary reports from Sales Managers and ensure targets are met.
  • Expedite payment collections and manage outstanding accounts efficiently.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Travel across India as required, with expenses covered according to the company's Outstation Travelling Guidelines.

## Additional Information:


  • This position requires extensive travel across India to manage and support the sales team.
  • The General Manager (Sales) will report directly to senior management and will be accountable for the performance and success of the sales team within the designated territory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will lead a team of Sales managers in a given territory to successfully achieve the allotted Sales Target in the beginning of the financial year.


Your duties shall consist of creating sales, securing as well as execution of orders and render after sales service of our products directly and or through Distributors / Dealers network through sales manager.


You shall also keep your sales team / managers motivated and keep a track of their working and meeting sales targets.


Sales managers will submit prescribed monthly summary reports to you and you will be responsible to management for the completion of sales targets.

You shall be responsible to get payments of bills expedited and exercise good control on pending outstandings etc. and attend to such other work as may be specially assigned to you.


In performing the above duties you may / will be required to travel all over India and your expenses shall be paid as per outstation Travelling Guidelines laid down by the management from time to time.
