Your expertise in utilizing AI tools like OpenAI's ChatGPT will drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations, while your creative flair will elevate our content strategy to new heights.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative ChatGPT Prompt Expert and Content Writer to join our team.

This role involves utilizing OpenAI's ChatGPT to optimize and streamline customer interactions and internal processes, as well as crafting clear, compelling content that enhances our brand voice across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and refine ChatGPT prompts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service and other business operations.
  • Regularly update and iterate on prompts based on performance data and user feedback.
  • Write and edit highquality content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing, tech, and product development teams to ensure content alignment with current strategies and goals.
  • Participate in content strategy and planning sessions.
  • Ensure all content is onbrand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.

Requirements:


  • Excellent command of English with a flair for writing clear, engaging, and informative content.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in creating and managing AIdriven interactions.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with an analytical mind and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:


  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital publishing.
  • Prior experience or demonstrable interest in technology and digital products.
