Ozatvn Tech Solution, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Hindi Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Hindi-speaking clients.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and resolving complaints.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage incoming calls from Hindispeaking clients and provide assistance on their inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely followup until the issue is fully resolved.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Process client requests and update customer accounts with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys or other measures to improve customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
