Ozatvn Tech Solution, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a Hindi Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Hindi-speaking clients.As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from Hindispeaking clients and provide assistance on their inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely followup until the issue is fully resolved.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Process client requests and update customer accounts with accurate information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys or other measures to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
