Job Title:
Provider Partner for TPA Company


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in the TPA's network, including hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that providers are fully informed about the TPA's products, services, and requirements.
  • Represent the TPA at provider meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Negotiate provider contracts and manage ongoing relationships to ensure that providers are meeting the TPA's requirements for quality, efficiency, and costeffectiveness.
  • Coordinate provider training and education programs to ensure that providers are uptodate on the latest TPA policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve provider issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure that providers are satisfied with their experience with the TPA.
  • Promote the TPA's brand and reputation in the provider community, working to build positive relationships and increase provider satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in provider relations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.

Salary:
Up to ₹80,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Provider partner: 1 year (preferred)
  • TPA: 1 year (preferred)
