Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate monthly reports summarizing performance. Access affiliate program dashboards to extract relevant data, including clicks, conversions, commissions, and other key performance indicators.
- Manage and maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts in accordance with established accounting standards. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in creating regular financial reports for management, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement improvements and best practices.
- Preparing and posting revenuerelated journals in NetSuite
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing relevant financial documentation, explanations, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues across finance, operations, and other departments to gather necessary financial information and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Support the business with revenuerelated items where needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in accounting and finance roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of doubleentry accounting concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and nonfinance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive process improvements.
- Confident user of Excel and advanced formulas. (Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus)
- Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software and its modules, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation functions. (desirable)
