Responsibility:


  • Conducting financial due diligence of various target companies
  • Analyzing historical and forecast management data including key performance indicators, historical trends, and other analysis
  • Assisting in preparing LFR (Long Form Report)
  • Contributing at all levels of the project from preparing databooks, preparing Q&A for management, suggesting various analysis, and contributing to report writing
  • Analyzing financial and operational results of targets through valid key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Reviewing and monitoring audited financial statements and ongoing operational developments of the target companies
  • Developing financial models focusing on buyside due diligence and other analysis of Jordanbased airlines
  • Reviewing external service providers including administrators, law firms, auditors, and prime brokers
  • Preparing and evaluating pro forma financial information
  • Assessing processes, systems, documentation, attending onsite meetings, coordinating background checks, fund legal document reviews, etc.

Qualification:


  • CA/MBA qualification with minimum 3 years of experience in financial due diligence
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in VDD (Vendor Due Diligence) and LFR (Long Form Report) would be an added advantage.

Salary:
From ₹500,000.00 per year
