Job Title:
Real Estate Sales Executive

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our continued success by assisting clients in buying and selling properties


Your responsibilities will include:

1.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
  • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

2.


Property Marketing:


  • List and market properties for sale through various channels, including online listings, social media, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Create engaging property listings with highquality photos and descriptions.
  • Organize and conduct property showings and open houses.

3.


Negotiation and Sales:


  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions about pricing and property values.
  • Close sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

4.


Market Research:


  • Stay uptodate with market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely market analysis and property evaluations.

5.


Administrative Tasks:


  • Maintain organized records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Coordinate with legal and financial professionals to ensure the smooth closing of deals.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or a similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
