Description
We need one Service In Charge

Workload will be as follows

  • Create a new service franchise in various areas where service franchises are not available.
  • Coordinate with various existing service franchises for pending job status/repair of work.
  • Coordinate with various existing service franchises for spare stock/returning of defective material/Billing issuerelated matters.
  • Coordinate with HO for spare stock/billing of franchise/workload distribution etc
  • Highlight the complaint issue for any particular product and root cause analysis for the complaint.
  • Co ordinate with sales persons/dealers/distributors for service issue and action to resolve the solution.
  • Feedback related to bulk service issue in any particular product.
  • Training for CRM software to various service franchises.
  • Technical qualification needs like Diploma/ITI certificate in Mechanical/Electrical with 45 years experience in a similar field required.
  • Computer and software knowledge is essential for co ordinate purposes.
Practical handwork knowledge in the fan and Appliances field is required


Salary:
₹25, ₹27,000.00 per month
