Responsibilities:


  • Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager/Performance Marketing Manager for Promotional Posts and Ads.
  • Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content.
  • Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
  • Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management.
  • Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns.
  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects.
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
  • Works with Influencer marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy.
  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.

Requirements and Skills:


  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, specialized in Digital Marketing
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience for a fastpaced, growing online media company.
  • Have experience using and communicating in social networks.
  • Have a successful track record of growing social media presences and reach.
  • Be proficient with at least one social media tracking/monitoring platform.
  • Have experience using web analytics and similar reporting tools.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills and have experience working with crossfunctional teams

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

  • Social media marketing: 3 years (required)
