Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with clients to understand their diverse hiring needs, spanning IT, ITES, and nonIT sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and business managers to streamline the hiring process and meet hiring goals.
  • Utilize a variety of search tools and engage in headhunting activities to target specific profiles effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Ability to grasp clients' business, technical, and functional requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Requirements:

Applicants from diverse educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply. A graduate or postgraduate degree, combined with relevant skills and experience, is preferred.


Salary:
₹21, ₹30,000.00 per month
