Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of field sales representatives.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to help team members achieve their goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate team performance.
- Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum years of experience in sales or marketing
- Age: 21 to 38 years
